Youth maslikhat

He has been a coordinator of the Youth Maslikhat since 2005. He finished secondary school № 16 in Pavlodar in 2005. Since 2005 –he has been a student of Pavlodar State University named after S. Toraigyrov, specializing in state and local administration. " As a member of the Coordinating Council on Youth under Akim’s supervision attends the sessions and current committees of the city and regional maslikhats.

Purpose:

• Improving the effectiveness of the participation of adolescents and youth in discussions and decision-making in the field of state youth policy at the local level.

Objectives:

• Create a youth organization, a model of existing maslikhat with the real possibilities of social activity in youth policy at the local level.

• Creating a democratic electoral system of elections in "maslihat" and the insertion of all secondary, vocational and higher educational institutions of the city.

• Training of leaders from among the students for social activities.

• Protect and represent the interests of adolescents and youth in the city of Pavlodar maslikhat in Pavlodar city Governor's office.

• Promotion of social, charitable, cultural, educational and other socially useful projects.

• Participation in youth activities held in the city of Pavlodar.

• Development of methodology, information and other materials that promote the revitalization of the children's and youth associations in accordance with the priorities of youth policy at the local level.

Activities:

Youth maslihat operates within the urban complex program "Youth", Department of Internal Policy of Pavlodar has existed since March 4, 2002, it was then that the first were held elections to the first convocation. Now the fourth legislature of the Youth maslikhat is at work. In the fourth convocation of 65 deputies from all schools and colleges of the city.

Youth maslihat collaborates with many organizations of Pavlodar and other towns of the region such as: the union of students of PSU, YPO "Youth for a healthy lifestyle," the youth wing of the party "Nur - Otan" - Zhas Otan, the Association of Children's and youth organizations of Pavlodar region, and many others.

Youth maslihat is an elected organization, the elections are held in schools and colleges, where only young people elect their leaders. Over 5 years of work deputies of the Youth MPs maslikhat have done a lot of work both within schools and the town. Carried out different activities such as round tables on issues and problems of young people (the introduction of school uniforms, crime in schools, human rights of students and many others), sporting events (basketball games, football), beauty contests among schoolgirls Miss School "that have become an annual event, themed campaign against AIDS, drug addiction, smoking with an entertaining programme in a night club" Boomer ". Each member of the Youth maslikhat created his own system of work at school due to it all the recreational and other activities are organized for youth.

There is a secretary and chairmen of existing committees. There are 4 standing committees in the fourth convocation:

• The Board of Education

• Socio-Legal Commission

• Sports and health improving commission

• Cultural and leisure committee

YM is the supreme body of the Coordinating Council, chaired by the Coordinator of YM.

Youth Maslihat represents a new interesting way of working allowing to solve many problems simultaneously: education accountability, the ability to organize and conduct large-scale events and professional orientation to solve the problem, raising the prestige of PSU named after S. Toraigyrov within Pavlodar and towns of the region.

Youth maslihat for the years of its existence managed to establish itself as a serious and numerous, responsible and a very active youth organization of the city.

In a century of technology, speed and development top-level innovations, the word "radio" is associated at the modern person with FM wave, full of hit songs and entertaining programs. And what is associated with «student's radio»?

«Student's radio» is a pledge:

Of interesting leisure time;

Of enrichment of creative potential

Of diversification and knowledge.

In Pavlodar oblast «КДМ FМ» student's radio was created at the committee on youth affairs at the PSU named after S.Torajgyrov. Radio has been conducting its work since October, 1st, 2009.

Main objective of student's radio is realization of the State youth policy in sphere of support of talented student's youth.

Problems of student's radio:

Assistance to preservation and development of the best traditions of high school;

Disclosing and development of creative and mental abilities of studying youth;

Attraction of student's youth to public life;

Creation conditions for professional skills of students of the faculty of journalism.

Radio informs about scientific, educational and entertaining spheres of university life as well as about changes in educational process. They report about administration work, the youth organizations, actions held at the univrsity. One of the direction of student's radio «КДМ FМ» - information. And to be cheerful and entertaining for students, a radio second direction is musical.

«КДМ FМ» Radio goes on the air during the breaks 8 times a day in Kazakh and Russian languages. Every Monday at 8:15 a.m. the Republic Kazakhstan Hymn sounds. Twice a day the radio broadcasts different headings with advice addressed directly to students, congratulations, announcements, and important international news, news of the country and our oblast.

There are cheerful jokes and “dzhigls”, songs of modern hits of parades and smash hits of the last century are put on the air because the radio is intended not only for students, but also to the teaching audience.
