By joint decision of the Russian Academy of Electrotechnical Sciences, Erlan Mukhtaruly Aryn, Rector of S. Toraighyrov Pavlodar State University, Doctor of Economic Sciences, has been elected a full member of Russian Academy of Electrotechnical Sciences, in recognition of his significant scientific contributions on February 27, 2008.
