Director of school-liceum is Nurkeshov Timur Seitkazhievich. He graduated from  Semipalatinsk Pedagogical Institute, speciality-Physics and Mathematics, Almaty State University, speciality-Economics. He was awarded with Certificate of Honor of the RK MES, breastplate devoted to the 10th anniversary of the RK Independence, 15th anniversary of “Daryn” scientific-practical center.

Relevance of the topic

Modern social goals of education - a comprehensive training people for life in society, a conscious and competent participation in various activities inherent to man as a social being, human development as a person, every assistance to its full and creative life. On this basis, we understand the education in the social, the broad sense - as a function of society to prepare the young generation for life, carried out by all social systems: social institutions, organizations, media and culture, family and school, and on the other hand, more narrowly, pedagogical sense - specially organized and managed the process of forming man, carried out teachers in educational institutions, aimed at personal development.

-Analysis and synthesis of the implementation of the program (identifying the impact of the program). Based on the analysis of the work and progress the development of promising new school development program.

As the result of Program realization it is planned to confirm the potential opportunity to develop social-creative abilities by means of teaching and education, and also to increase the level of educational and socially significant content part of teaching and education in lyceum by:
- Enrichment of  the content of state education standards with socially significant values and meaning;
- Development and approbation of the mechanisms of modern management model, followed by a generalization and implementation of it in other educational organizations;
- Development and implementation of  elective and optional courses that promote an individual approach to social creativity of lyceum students;
- Creation at school- lyceum  social-cultural educational environment in which the priorities of intelligence, creativity and social responsibility are alleged;
- A broad introduction to the social life of the school pedagogical technologies, which enable to the creation of social reinforcement of creative abilities and creative behaviors;
- Development of creative thinking and behavior of each school-lyceum teacher  as the most important condition for the realization of set goals and objectives and improvement of  professional competence;
- Strengthening ties with alumni of the school-lyceum from previous years and their involvement in school life, carrying out social monitoring of the success of lyceum graduates.
