Welcome to our personal blog! S. Toraighyrov Pavlodar State University is a leading multiple-discipline University in our region. By the time of formation, owing to the direction of scientific researches and educational processes, scale and quality of activities, powerful scientific– pedagogical and technological potential, PSU became one of the first-rate state universities of Kazakhstan. We try to give not only the most up-to-date knowledge, but also to assist in forming such civil qualities which of great importance in the condition of advancing our country toward the social state and civil society.
