"Transport engineering and logistics" department: about specialities and specializations
Now the departmet realises preparation on a trade 5В0713, 050713 «Transport engineering and production engineering» in which frameworks preparation on following specialisations is carried out:
– The car- and tractor industry;
– Cars and an automobile equipment;
– Carriages and a carload equipment;
– Maintenance and repair of locomotives.
On graduating from the university graduates are given an academic degree – the Bachelor of Transport and the diploma of the state standard.

-Working out the design estimates, construction and technological documentation for the transport equipment creation and maintenance.
- Administration of executors’ group work and management problem solving.
Industrial-administrative:
- Optimization of transport equipment and its equipment production methods.
- Quality control of technological processes and integrated products.
- Organization and administration of services and plants related to transport equipment exploitation and maintenance.
Designed:
- Working out of the machines and equipment design taking into account technological, construction, aesthetic and economic characteristics.
- Use of informational technologies on choosing the materials and transport equipment design.
Research work:
- Research and working out of the transport technique constructions perfection methods.
Educational:
Teaching of special and professional disciplines.

The speciality description
Training the specialists for working in traffic enforcement, road movement organizations. The graduates are placed in a job in design, building and organizations of automobile roads and streets exploitation, traffic enforcement, traffic visit and enterprises.

- Betterment of traffic management system organization according to science and technique achievements.
Industrial-administrative:
- Administration of executors’ group work and finding compromise between different requirements and coming to an optimal determination.
Design:
- Working out the development plans of transport enterprise and traffic management system organization using informational technologies on new transport-technological schemes.
Studies are conducted in specialized lecture-rooms and laboratories, equipped with modern plants and control-measuring devices as well as computer halls. There is a drivers training school and a scientific and practical centre of engines.
