Born on the 10th of November, 1982, in Pavlodar.
In 2004 she graduated from Pavlodar State University named after S. Toraigyrov, specialty “Accounting and audit” and received the qualification of economist-accountant.
Since 2004 she has worked as a lecturer at Accounting department.
Main teaching disciplines – Principles of accounting, Financial accounting 1, Financial accounting 2, Accounting.
Over the period of work in the University she published over 15 articles on accounting development in Kazakhstan.
Currently she carries out the research work in the field of managing costs at industrial enterprises.
Barkhatova Tamara Petrovna
Associate professor of Accounting and Audit Department of PSU named after S. Toraigyrov
Barkhatova Tamara Petrovna, born in 1947, Russian, has worked at PSU since 2002. General seniority is 40 years, including 7 years of pedagogical activity. She graduated from Irkutsk institute of national economy in the specialty “Accounting” in 1970.
Barkhatova Tamara Petrovna has worked as an assistant professor of Accounting and Audit Department of PSU named after S. Toraigyrov since September 2002. Over her period of work she gave lectures and carried out practical courses for students of all types of time tuitions in the following disciplines: “Peculiarities of accounting in fields”, “Accounting”, “Accounting in budgetary organizations”, “Accounting and reporting in state organizations”, “Accounting and reporting in financial agencies”, “Accounting and audit”.
Barkhatova T.P. persistently works on the improvement of her research and professional skills. In 2004-2005 she completed “Financial accounting - 1”, “Management accounting”, “Taxes and law” courses in “Style” ltd by “CIPA” program, received “Certified accountant-practitioner” certificate given by Chamber of professional accountants and auditors of Kazakhstan. In March, 2005, she received the certificate for teaching “Organization of classes by credit system” courses given by IPK of PSU named after S. Toraigyrov. In May, 2006, in the framework of training attended “1C - Bookkeeping” courses under IPK of PSU named after S. Toraigyrov. Received a certificate.
In the frameworks of scientific activity Barkhatova T.P. participated in the Republic’s and international scientific-practical conferences of different levels. By this time, Barkhatova has 27 issued research works. The most significant publications are: “International standards of financial reporting and its comparison with Kazakhstan standards”, “Reconsideration of accounting policy and adjusting it in accordance with ICA”, “Losses accounting and calculation of cost in hotel business (of hotel product)”, “Application of ICA 14 in retail trade enterprises”.
Bogdanova Yelena Alexandrovna
Assistant professor of Accounting and Audit Department of PSU named after S. Toraigyrov
She was born on the 14th of January, 1966, in Kaliningrad oblast, Russia.
In 1990 she graduated from Omsk polytechnic institute in “Electronic computer” specialty and received “Engineer-system analyst” qualification.
Since 1993 she has worked as an assistant professor of Accounting Department of PSU named after S. Toraigyrov.
She delivers lectures in the disciplines: “New technologies in economical informational systems”, “1C: Bookkeeping”, “Informational management”, “Business applications development in Excel”, “Project-expert”.
Over the period of work in the University she issued over 30 articles, participated in international and the Republic’s scientific-practical conferences.
She attended 8 advanced trainings in the sphere of data analysis at business-planning, accounting.
Main direction of her research works is “Problems of analysis in economic informational systems”.
Bukata Oksana Romanovna
MA in economics, assistant professor of Accounting and Audit Department of PSU named after S. Toraigyrov
In 2002 she graduated from Pavlodar State University named after S. Toraigyrov in “Finance and credit” specialty and received “Financier-economist” qualification.
In 2004 she completed an MA course at Pavlodar State University named after S. Toraigyrov in “Economics” direction a MA degree in “Economics”.
She conducts lectures and practical lessons in following disciplines:
- audit;
- practical audit;
- money, credit, banks;
- financial check and audit;
- insurance
Over the period of 2004-2008 she issued 15 research papers. Main direction of her scientific research is “Improvement of financial check and audit in Kazakhstan”.
Golubeva Lyudmila Nikolayevna

She was born on the 13th of July, 1983, in Pavlodar.
In 2004 she graduated from Pavlodar State University named after S. Toraigyrov in “Economics and management in social sphere and fields” specialty and received “Economist-manager” qualification.
Since 2004 she has worked as a lecturer at Accounting and Audit Department.
She teaches the following disciplines: Statistics, Social-economical statistics, Statistics and SNA, System of national accounts.
Currently she has published over 15 articles in the areas of analysis, management of finances, management of costs at enterprises.
Main direction of scientific work is managing costs at industrial enterprises.
Li Rimma Syn-Nennovna
Associate professor of Accounting and Audit Department of PSU named after S. Toraigyrov
She was born on the 15th of August, 1948, in Gurlen, Uzbekistan.
In 1969 she graduated from Almaty institute of national economics in “Accounting in agriculture” specialty and received “An economist” qualification.
Since 1994 till the present time she has worked at Accounting Department of PSU named after S. Toraigyrov.
Over the period of work at the University she oublished over 30 articles, took part in international scientific-practical conferences, issued 4 educational-methodological manuals on accounting.
Main teaching disciplines are Principles of accounting, Financial accounting 1, Financial accounting 2.
Main direction of her research works are application of financial reporting international standards at large-scale industrial enterprises.
Nazarenko Olga Vasilyevna
Assistant professor of Accounting and Audit Department of PSU named after S. Toraigyrov
She was born on the 1st of March, 1960, in Shoka village, Lebyazhye region, Pavlodar oblast.
In 1982 she graduated from Altai Agriculture College in Barnaul in “Accounting and analysis of economical activity in agriculture” specialty. In 2007 she graduated from Kazakh State University of Law in “Jurisprudence” specialty.
Since 2002 till the present time she has worked as an assistant professor of Accounting and Audit Department of PSU named after S. Toraigyrov.
Main teaching disciplines are: Statistics, Social-economical statistics, System of national accounts, administration analysis.
Over the period of 2002-2011 she published 19 research articles, took part in international scientific-practical conferences, Satpayev readings.
Temirova Gulvira Gabdylkarimovna
Assistant professor of Accounting and Audit Department of PSU named after S. Toraigyrov
She was born on the 23th of September, 1976, in Pavlodar.
In 1997 she graduated from Pavlodar State University named after S. Toraigyrov in “Public accounting” specialty and received “An economist-accountant” qualification.
In the period of 1997-1999 she worked as a lecturer at Pavlodar University. Since 2003 till the present time she has worked at Accounting and Audit Department of PSU named after S. Toraigyrov.
Over the period of work at the University she issued 20 research articles, took part in international scientific-practical conferences, participated in the certification of accountants and auditors (CAP), successfully passed all examinations.
Main teaching disciplines are: Principles of accounting, Financial accounting 1, Peculiarities of accounting in fields, Audit.
Main direction of research works is application of financial reporting international standards for public institutions.
Khassanova Olga Alexandrovna
Assistant professor of Accounting and Audit Department at PSU named after S. Toraigyrov
In 2004 she graduated from Pavlodar State University named after S. Toraigyrov in “Economics and management (in social sphere and fields)” specialty and received “An economist-manager” qualification.
Since 2006 she has worked at Accounting and Audit Department.
The taught disciplines are Statistics, Social-economical statistics, System of national accounts.
At present she has 10 publications in the area of bank liquidity and solvency, natural and mechanical movements of population and factors influencing it.
Main direction of her research work is statistical analysis of Kazakhstan population.
Chub Lyudmila Ilyinishna
Assistant professor of Accounting and Audit Department of PSU named after S. Toraigyrov
She was born on the 7th of November, 1952, in Ekibastuz, Pavlodar.
In 1973 she graduated from Physics and Mathematics Faculty of Pavlodar Pedagogigal Institute.
From 1993 till 2000 she worked as chief specialist at Informational-Analytical Center at Ministry of Labor of Kazakhstan. She researched elaboration of automated informational job placement “Aist” system, which currently functions in the Republic; the adoption of “Luka” account objects package into city enterprises.
Since 2004 she has worked as an assistant professor of Accounting and Audit Department at PSU named after S. Toraigyrov.
She teaches the following disciplines: New technologies in economical informational systems, 1C Bookkeeping, informational marketing.
Over the period of 2004-2008 she issued over 18 research articles, participated in international scientific-practical conferences, Satpayev readings.
Main direction of research works is automation of economical accounts.
Beisembayeva Gulmira Kulkhanovna
assistant professor of Accounting and Audit Department of PSU named after S. Toraigyrov
She was born on the 17th of December, 1967, in Pavlodar.
In 1989 she graduated from Almaty institute of national economy in the specialty “Accounting and analysis of economical activity in industry” and received the qualification of an economist.
The period of her work at the department is 1998-2004. At present she works as an assistant professor of Accounting and Audit Department.
She has a number of training certificates:
- 2008 “Management accounts” workshop, Pavlodar, “Стиль” ltd;
- 2000 “Management accounts” workshop for university lecturers, Almaty;
- 1998 workshop on International standards of accounting on the basis of teaching material in compliance with program of accreditation developed by Association of certified local accountants, Almaty.
Gives lectures in following disciplines: Statistics, Statistics and SNA, System of national accounts, Management accounts.
She has over 15 publications in the sphere of analysis and costs control.
The area of her scientific research is control of costs at the manufacture of furniture frameworks.
Temirgaliyeva Aizhan Berkinovna
Assistant professor of the Accounting and Auditing Department Pavlodar State University named after S. Toraigyrov
She was born in Pavlodar on 23rd of September 1982.
In 2003 she graduated from Pavlodar State University named after S. Toraigyrov in the specialty “Accounting and Auditing” with the qualification “accountant-economist”
Since 2003 till 2005 she worked at the department of Accounting and Finance, since 2005 till 2008 she was an assistant professor at Pavlodar State University named after S. Toraigyrov. At present time she is on maternity leave.
Working at the university she published 18 articles and participated in different international scientific and research conferences. She took part in accountants and auditors certification (CAP) and got a certificate of CPA (Certified Public Accountant).
