The Pavlodar state university named after Toraigyrov

The Pavlodar state university named after Toraigyrov - one of the largest universities of Kazakhstan being the centre of education, science and culture not only in the Pavlodar region, but also in Republic. It is large educational and centre of science, in which the research job is spent on the basis of 8 faculties and 11 scientific - practical centres, consulting of the centre and student's design bureau.

The university has highly professional intellectual scientific - pedagogical potential. In high school is trained about 10000 students, more than on 63 specialities. The preparation is carried out with 530 teachers from them 20 professors, 40 doctors of sciences and 177 candidates of sciences, 104 senior lecturers.

One of the basic preconditions of industrial development of regions Kazakhstan should become integration of education, science and manufacture, introduction and development of new ideas of scientific knowledge, technologies and kinds of production in various areas of manufacture and sphere of management of a society, which results are used for economic growth and competitiveness.

With the purposes of performance of Strategy of industrial-innovative development of Republic of Kazakhstan for 2003-2015 years authorized by the Decree of the President of Republic of Kazakhstan from May 17, 2003 № 1096, are generated and the Programs of industrial-innovative development areas and regions of Kazakhstan are authorized.

The state innovative politics is formed and is realized proceeding from attributes priority scientific innovative of activity for increase of competitiveness of domestic production, maintenance of economic development and safety of the country, increase of a standard of living of the population.

In 2002 the Government of Republic of Kazakhstan has accepted the Decision about measures on realization of the Law "About innovations of activity ", where is spoken that the technical regulation is one of the key factors of creation of effective conditions for formation both realization of state industrial and socio economic politics, which includes such components, as creation of concrete environment, introduction of innovations.

The basic directions of research jobs spent at the Pavlodar university named after Toraigyrov: power and energy saving technology, construction, mechanical engineering, research in area pedagogics of psychology, ecological monitoring, protection environmental environments, irrational use of natural resources, problem of economy of region, sociolinguistical and of lingvoculturologycal research of a problem of a higher school and training of personnel.
